What We Ask of You
To get the best results and ensure your safety, we need you to be part of the team. Here's what we ask:
- Be open about your health: Let us know about any medical conditions or injuries, past or present. It helps us tailor our approach to keep you safe.
- Understand that results can vary: Everyone's body responds differently to treatment and exercise. What works for your friend might not work the same for you.
- Keep us updated: If you feel any unusual discomfort during or after treatment or exercise, tell us. It's important information that helps us adjust your plan.
- Be patient: Sometimes things might feel a bit worse before they get better, especially when building strength , or going through treatment to break up scar tissue/tension in the muscles. Trust the process, but always communicate with us.
- Follow guidance on aftercare: We might suggest things like ice packs or specific stretches after treatment. These are important for your progress.
- Remember, we're not doctors: While we're qualified in sports therapy and strength training, some conditions might need a GP's input. We'll let you know if we think that's the case.
- Stay consistent: Regular attendance and sticking to your exercise plan gives you the best chance of improvement.
- Ask questions: If you're unsure about anything, just ask. We're here to help you understand your body better.
Remember, we're a team. Your active participation and honest feedback are key to achieving your goals. We'll always give you our best, evidence-based care, tailored to your individual needs. The more you put in the more you will get out of our treatments , injury rehab and coaching.
