Prevention is key and we rather you avoided neck and shoulder pain. So here just a couple of tips:

1. Set up your workstation or desk properly (your neck will thank you)
2. Take regular breaks to stretch and move. Really move about and change your seating positions
3. Strengthen your upper back and shoulder muscles
4. Be mindful of your posture throughout the day
5. Use both shoulders when carrying heavy bags

Common Questions

Q: Do I need to stop all activities if I have neck or shoulder pain?
A: Not necessarily. We can help you figure out what's safe to do and what to avoid for now. We always give follow up advice and treatment plan after an assessment or therapy , we may also give you an exercise programme. But because wetake an individual approach to each person who visit us it's hard to give an answer without examining you first and learning about you and your issue.

Q: How long will it take to feel better?
A: It varies, but most people see improvements within a few weeks with the right care.  Again broken record here but it really does depend but generally within a few weeks

Q: Can you fix my posture?
A: We can certainly help you improve it! We'll work with you to develop better postural habits and strengthen the right muscles. We bring in our background in personal training, strength training and sports therapy to take in depth approach to treating you.
